Over time, this passion has flourished into a profound commitment to serving as a reliable support system for families as they navigate the beautiful and life-altering journey of welcoming a new life into their midst. With my children growing and becoming more independent, I find myself dedicating time to share my wisdom with others and walk alongside them as they embark on the next chapter of their lives and expand their families. I have had the privilege of accruing over ten years of invaluable experience as a doula. This experience has granted me deep insight into providing compassionate, individualized support to families during the pivotal periods of childbirth and postpartum. My unwavering dedication lies in delivering steadfast support, empathetic guidance, emotional reassurance, and practical aid tailored to the specific and unique needs of each family I work with. My overarching objective is to ensure that every family feels empowered, well-informed, and profoundly supported as they prepare to embrace the journey of parenthood.

 

As part of my services, I provide comprehensive prenatal visits to ensure the well-being of both mother and baby. I offer continuous support during labor and birth to help mothers feel comfortable and empowered. Additionally, I conduct two postpartum visits to ensure the new mother and baby adjust well and provide placenta encapsulation services if desired.

 

As a postpartum doula, I am committed to supporting the entire family as they transition into life with a new baby. I offer emotional support, assistance with physical recovery, and valuable resources to help navigate any uncertainties that may arise during this critical time.
