The Foundation package offers steady, spacious support for mothers who desire consistent tending while allowing time between visits for rest and integration.Early sessions focus on initiating abdominal massage and supporting uterine healing. As recovery progresses, sessions may incorporate steam support, deeper womb massage, and preparation for closing the immediate postpartum window. The series concludes with an herbal baño and final womb re-centering session to honor the transition into motherhood.

A nourishing home-cooked meal is provided within the first two weeks, when replenishment is most essential.

Frequent sessions support progressive womb massage, ongoing belly rewrapping, steam support, and the early stages of Closing of the Bones. The six-week journey concludes with a full Closing of the Bones Ceremony, herbal baño, and final womb re-centering.
